“Next, for the practice of ethical discipline, while meditating the master-deity on your head, reflect in the following manner:
For the sake of all sentient beings, my mothers,
may I quickly attain complete and perfect Buddhahood.
For that purpose may I give up wrongful deeds that conflict
with whatever vows I have taken,
like the vow to abstain from the ten non-virtues.
May I generate in my mind the six perfections, generosity and so forth,
and the excellent virtue of ethical discipline and so on that I have yet to achieve,
and may the good qualities that I already have be enhanced.
May I lead all sentient beings to the excellent virtue of ethical discipline and so forth, and establish them in the path of progress and liberation.
Master-deity, please bless me so that I may be able to do so.”
