Tomorrow (Thursday, 15th October) is the last day to apply for your PAP (Protected Area Permit), which is mandatory for all foreign attendees of the Jangchup Lamrim Teachings.
If you have not already done so, apply immediately.
(A PAP is mandatory for all foreign attendees of the Jangchup Lamrim Teachings even if your accommodation is not within Bylakuppe. Indian citizens and Tibetan R.C. holders are not required to have a PAP to visit Bylakuppe unless you have a foreign passport.)
