It is the essence of all the teachings of the Buddha, the one and only path trodden by the Superior Beings of the three times; the tradition of the [two] great trailblazers, Nagarjuna and Asanga; the Dharma doctrine of excellent beings journeying towards the level of omniscience; and it covers, without omission, the steps of the paths of the beings of three capacities.”
